CoBroker ("we", "us") operates a broker-to-broker co-broking network for real estate professionals in India, available as an Android app and website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using CoBroker you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Phone number — used to sign you in via one-time password (OTP) and to identify your account.
• Profile details — your name, and optionally agency name, RERA registration ID, and PAN, which you provide to establish trust with other brokers.
• Listings & requirements — property details you post (transaction type, locality, pincode, budget, specifications).
• Contact requests — records of brokers you request to connect with and approvals.

We do not collect precise device location, contacts, photos, or use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use your information

• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Show your listings and requirements to other verified brokers on the network.
• Match requirements to listings and send you relevant alerts.
• Enable broker-to-broker contact after mutual approval.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the service.

3. Sharing

Your contact details are revealed to another broker only after you approve their request. We do not sell your personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the service (see below).

4. Where your data is stored

Data is processed and stored on trusted cloud infrastructure (application hosting on Render, database on Neon Postgres). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective security and privacy terms.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Access is protected by OTP-based authentication and bearer tokens. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

CoBroker is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
